LOGS SEPARATOR:
Logs separating device to infeed longitudinal conveyor. Width – 6m, max. log diameter – 400mm.

LOGS CROSS-CUTTING MACHINE

LONGITUDINAL CONVEYOR:
Length before cross-cutting – 11m. Additional improper logs (up to 3m length) removal device and collection platform.

CROSS-CUTTING MACHINE:
Logs cross-cutting device with circular blade. Blade diameter – 1200mm, max. log diameter – 400mm. Cutting lenghts can be preprogrammed and selected on control panel.

OUTPUR CONVEYOR:
Conveyor goes after cross-cutting procedure. Max. cut log length – 3m. Automatic redirection to logs infeed pool.

Cross-cut logs storage before processing. It separated and infeed logs for positioning.

POSITIONING CONVEYOR:
Exact logs positioning before sawing. It helps to increase good quality wood output rate. Max. log length – 3m.

BEAMS SAWING MACHINE

BEAMS SAWING MACHINE:
Max log diameter – 400mm, infeed speed – 6-18 m/min, cut beam thickness — 80-220mm. Motors total power output – 26kW.

OUTPUT CONVEYOR:
Processed beam and offcuts areseparated. At the end of conveyor beam are redirected to the side and offcuts are collected by chain conveyor.
